Detailed Itinerary
Departure City – Luxor – Nile Cruise – Dinner
Departure from your city of origin on a special flight to Luxor. Upon arrival, transfer directly to the Nile Cruise, where a picnic-style dinner will be served in the cabin. Overnight on board the cruise.
Luxor – Esna – Edfu – Nile Cruise – Full Board
After breakfast, we will begin the day with a visit to the Valley of the Kings and the Necropolis of Thebes, where the famous tomb of Tutankhamun is located (entry not included). We will continue to the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut in Deir el-Bahari, followed by a stop at the impressive Colossi of Memnon. Later, we will visit the Karnak Temple Complex, one of the most impressive and important archaeological sites in Egypt, and the Temple of Luxor, dedicated to the god Amun-Ra. After the visits, we will return to the cruise and begin sailing towards Esna. During the journey, lunch and dinner will be served on board.
Edfu – Kom Ombo – Nile Cruise – Full Board
After breakfast, we will begin the day with a visit to the Temple of Edfu, dedicated to the god Horus. Considered one of the best-preserved temples in Egypt, it is the second largest in the country, surpassed only by the Temple of Amun-Ra at Karnak. Its impressive walls and reliefs transport us back to the time of the pharaohs and highlight the importance of Horus in Egyptian mythology. We then continue sailing along the Nile towards Kom Ombo, a unique temple dedicated to the god Sobek, depicted with the head of a crocodile and the body of a human, symbolizing fertility and strength. Located on the riverbank, the temple blends architecture and landscape in a remarkable way, offering both historical depth and natural beauty along the Nile. Lunch and dinner will be served on board the cruise.
Aswan – Abu Simbel – Nile Cruise – Full Board
Arrival in Aswan in the early morning, followed by a picnic-style breakfast before heading to the majestic temples of Abu Simbel. This impressive complex includes the temple of Pharaoh Ramses II and the temple of Nefertari, his favorite wife. Both temples were dismantled and relocated to higher ground to prevent flooding after the construction of the Aswan High Dam, representing an extraordinary example of engineering and heritage preservation. After the visit, we return to the cruise for lunch. In the afternoon, enjoy a felucca sailing experience on the Nile, taking in the scenery and life along the riverbanks. The day ends with dinner and overnight on board the cruise.
Aswan – Cairo – Domestic Flight – Breakfast & Lunch
After breakfast, we will check out from the cruise and proceed to the Temple of Philae, dedicated to Isis, the goddess of love. Considered one of the most beautiful and best-preserved temples in Egypt, it is located on a small island, offering a truly magical setting. Lunch will be served either on board or as a picnic, depending on the flight schedule. After this unforgettable visit, we will transfer to Aswan airport to take the domestic flight to Cairo. Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel and accommodation.
Cairo – Giza Pyramids – Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM) – Cairo Night Tour – Full Board
After breakfast at the hotel, we will begin the day with a visit to the impressive Giza Plateau, home to the Pyramids of Khufu, Khafre, and Menkaure, the main tourist attraction of the country and one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. We will then continue to the majestic Great Sphinx, built under Pharaoh Khafre. With its lion’s body and human head, it guards the funerary complex and symbolizes royal power. Next, we will visit the new Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM), considered the largest archaeological museum in the world and a landmark of modern architecture. In its 20,000 m² galleries, we will discover more than 14,000 artifacts that narrate the history of Egypt from prehistory to the Roman period, offering a unique insight into ancient Egyptian civilization, its pharaohs, and religion. Lunch will be included during the visit. In the afternoon, we will head to historic Cairo to explore the vibrant Khan el-Khalili Bazaar, the largest and most famous market in Africa, full of traditional shops, crafts, and local life. At sunset, we will enjoy a typical Cairo dinner on a rooftop restaurant in the heart of the market, surrounded by the illuminated mosques and the lively atmosphere of the old city. Return to the hotel and overnight stay.
Cairo – Full Day City Tour – Saqqara – Full Board
After breakfast, we will explore Cairo in all its splendour. Our first stop will be the Saqqara Necropolis, one of the most important archaeological sites in Egypt, where we will see the Pyramid of Djoser (entry not included), considered the first pyramid ever built in the country. Next, we will visit the Citadel of Saladin to explore the Mosque of Muhammad Ali, also known as the Alabaster Mosque, a masterpiece of Islamic architecture. After the visit, we will enjoy a included lunch. Later, we will continue to the Coptic Quarter, one of the most sacred areas in Egypt, rich in history and traditions. Dinner will be served at a local restaurant, followed by overnight stay.
Cairo – City of Origin – Breakfast
Breakfast (picnic box or buffet depending on flight schedule), transfer to the airport, and return flight to Spain. End of our services.
City of Origin – Aswan – Nile Cruise – Dinner
Departure from the City of Origin on a special flight to Aswan. Upon arrival, we will transfer directly to the cruise ship and enjoy a picnic-style dinner in the cabin. Overnight on board the cruise.
Abu Simbel – Kom Ombo – Edfu – Nile Cruise – Full Board
We depart early in the morning for the excursion to the Abu Simbel temples. We will visit the temple of Pharaoh Ramses II and the temple of his wife Nefertari. Both temples were dismantled and relocated in 1964 due to the construction of the Aswan High Dam. On the way back to Aswan, we continue with a visit to the Temple of Philae, dedicated to Isis, the goddess of love. Considered one of the most beautiful and best-preserved temples in the country, it is located on a small island, giving it a magical setting. Later, we will enjoy a felucca sailing experience, the traditional Egyptian sailboat, to admire life along the Nile and its surrounding landscapes. We then sail towards Kom Ombo, where we visit its temple at sunset, dedicated to Sobek, the crocodile-headed god with a human body. To conclude the day, we continue sailing towards Edfu. Lunch and dinner on board the cruise.

After breakfast, our first stop will be the Temple of Edfu, dedicated to the god Horus. After the visit, we return to the cruise and continue sailing towards Esna, where we will pass through the lock, a structure that allows ships to adjust to an 8-meter difference in water level caused by the dam. After this section, we will arrive in Luxor, and depending on the cruise schedule, afternoon visits may be possible. Lunch and dinner on board.
Luxor – Cairo – Domestic Flight – Breakfast and Lunch
Breakfast and disembarkation from the cruise. We will visit the Valley of the Kings and the Theban Necropolis, the historic setting of the New Kingdom. We will continue to the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, dedicated to Egypt’s only female pharaoh, and make a stop at the impressive Colossi of Memnon. Afterwards, we will explore the Karnak Temple Complex and the Temple of Luxor, the largest religious complex in the country, dedicated to the god Amun-Ra. After the visits, transfer to the airport for the domestic flight to Cairo. Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel.
