Detailed Itinerary
Day 1 - City of Origin - Cappadocia
Departure from your city of origin to Cappadocia, via Istanbul. Upon arrival, reception and assistance by an English-speaking driver, transfer to the hotel and accommodation.
Day 2 - Cappadocia - Full Board
Breakfast at the hotel. We begin the day exploring the unique landscapes of Cappadocia, formed by the lava of the Erciyes and Hasan volcanoes. Visit to the Göreme Open-Air Museum, an impressive Byzantine monastic complex with churches carved into the rock and exceptional frescoes. We continue to the valleys of Avcilar and Güvercinlik, famous for the “Fairy Chimneys”. Lunch at a local restaurant during the visit. In the afternoon, panoramic views of the valleys and visit to carpet, onyx and turquoise workshops, where you can learn about the artisan tradition and find quality products. Dinner and accommodation at the hotel.
Day 3 - Cappadocia - Free Day - Half Board
Breakfast and free day to enjoy Cappadocia at your own pace or possibility of booking a full-day excursion with lunch included – Pasabagi Valley or Çavusin, Uçhisar is visited, where you can contemplate the ancient fortress carved into the rock; it is the highest point in Urgup where you can have a panoramic view of all the landscapes of the valleys of the area. Visit of the village of Avanos and in the afternoon visit to the incredible underground city of Ozkonak or Kaymakli. Dinner and accommodation at the hotel.
Day 4 - Cappadocia - Istanbul - Domestic Flight - Accommodation and Breakfast
Breakfast at the hotel. At the scheduled time transfer to Cappadocia airport, domestic flight to Istanbul, arrival and transfer to the hotel. accommodation.
Day 5 - Istanbul - City Visit - Accommodation and Breakfast
After breakfast, we depart to visit the Rüstem Pasa mosque and, afterwards, we will enjoy a boat ride on the Bosphorus, the strait that separates Europe and Asia. During this journey, the palaces of the Sultans, old and typical wooden houses can be appreciated. The visit ends at the Spice Bazaar, one of the oldest and most emblematic covered markets in Istanbul. Rest of the afternoon free. (The transfer to the hotel is not included). Accommodation.
Day 6 - Istanbul - Free Day - Accommodation and Breakfast
Breakfast at the hotel. Free time to get to know the city with the possibility of taking an optional full-day excursion; the Jewels of Constantinople with lunch: visit of the ancient Hippodrome, which belongs to the Byzantine era and was the center of the country's civil activity, where not only horse races and gladiator fights were held but also celebrations in honor of the Emperor. Today it preserves the Obelisk of Theodosius, the Serpentine Column and the Fountain of Emperor William. Blue Mosque, which was built in 1609 during the sultanate of Ahmet, who, wishing to surpass Hagia Sophia with his mosque, built it with 6 minarets. Panoramic visit (from outside) Hagia Sophia. Day 8 - Istanbul - City of origin - Breakfast
Picnic or buffet breakfast according to flight schedule. Transfer to the airport and return to Spain. End of services.

Day 2 - Istanbul - Cappadocia - Domestic Flight - Half Board
Breakfast at the hotel and check-out. In the morning, visit of the Rüstem Pasha mosque. Next, we will carry out one of Istanbul’s most emblematic activities: a boat ride on the Bosphorus, the strait that separates Europe and Asia, from where the palaces of the sultans, old wooden houses can be contemplated and the city can be enjoyed from a different perspective. We will continue with the visit to the Spice Bazaar, built by the Ottomans more than five centuries ago and still in full operation. Free time and end of the visit at the Egyptian bazaar. At the scheduled time, transfer to the airport to take the flight to Cappadocia. Arrival, dinner and accommodation at the hotel.
Day 3 - Cappadocia - Full Board
Breakfast at the hotel. Start of the visit of the fascinating region of Cappadocia, known for its unique landscape formed by the lava of the Erciyes and Hasan volcanoes. Tour of the Open-Air Museum of the Göreme Valley, an impressive Byzantine monastic complex with churches carved into the rock. Continuation to the valleys of Avcilar and Güvercinlik, famous for their spectacular rock formations known as “Fairy Chimneys”. Lunch at a local restaurant during the excursion. In the afternoon, we will enjoy panoramic views of the different valleys of Cappadocia and visit artisan workshops of carpets, onyx and turquoise, where the quality of local products is appreciated. Dinner and accommodation at the hotel. Optional: possibility of attending a folk dance show in a cave with unlimited regional drinks or taking a hot air balloon ride at sunrise.
Day 4 - Cappadocia - Free Day - Half Board
Breakfast at the hotel. Free day with the possibility of taking an optional full-day excursion with lunch included. During the excursion, Pasabag Valley or Çavusin, Uçhisar is visited, where the ancient fortress carved into the rock is located, the highest point in the region, with impressive panoramic views of Cappadocia. Continuation to the picturesque village of Avanos and, in the afternoon, visit to the impressive underground city of Özkonak or Kaymakli. Dinner and accommodation at the hotel.

Day 6 - Istanbul - Free Day - Accommodation and Breakfast
Breakfast at the hotel. Free day to enjoy Istanbul at your own pace, walk through its historic neighborhoods, shop or discover the city. Possibility of taking an optional full-day excursion “Jewels of Constantinople”, with lunch included. The excursion includes a visit to the ancient Hippodrome of the Byzantine era, center of the civil activity of the city, where horse races, gladiator fights and official acts were held. Currently the Obelisk of Theodosius, the Serpentine Column and the Fountain of Emperor William are preserved. Continuation to the Blue Mosque, built in 1609 during the reign of Sultan Ahmet, famous for its six minarets, and panoramic exterior visit of Hagia Sophia. Next, visit to Topkapi Palace (entrance included), former residence of the Ottoman sultans until the 19th century and place where the most valuable treasures of the Ottoman Empire are preserved. Circuit Conditions
- Passengers of Spanish nationality may travel with ID card or passports (minimum validity of 6 months). Other nationalities, consult travel requirements.
- The order is generic - the order of the itinerary changes according to the arrival day in Istanbul without affecting the visits.
- The day of the Bosphorus cruise tour is confirmed on the arrival day through our representative at destination.
- Important holiday notes:
- • The Grand Bazaar and the Egyptian Bazaar will be closed during the holidays. (Ramadan holiday 20/MAR & 21/MAR & 22/MAR and Eid al-Adha 27/MAY & 28/MAY & 29/MAY & 30/MAY and Republic Day 29/10).
- • The Grand Bazaar is closed on Sundays.
- • Topkapi Palace is closed on Tuesdays, and (20/MAR & 27/MAY & 29/OCT & 01/JAN/2027).
- • Beylerbeyi Palace is closed on Mondays, and (20/MAR & 27/MAY & 29/OCT & 01/JAN/2027).
- We do not make the Jewels of Constantinople visit on Sundays, Tuesdays and Fridays.
- Spaniards are exempt from Turkey visa, for other nationalities consult.
- On the day of arrival in Cappadocia, dinner is not included for passengers arriving at the hotel after 19.00 hrs
- Breakfast on the day of departure from Istanbul to Cappadocia is picnic, not in the hotel restaurant.
